DETAILS AND THE DESCRIPTION OF PERSONALITY PROFILING TEST
1. O.I.R (50 question verbal and non-verbal mix).
JB Mall Defence Academy has 23 series of O.I.R which is nowhere in the country. By Practice all the series of OIR aspirants will definitely going to get OIR, it means half of the battle of selection is won including the screening provided if you have a workable narration.
RESULT: - When result is calculated you came to know that what is your OIR (Officers intelligence Rating). When your OIR falls under OIR 1 or 2 then nothing is to bother but if it falls to OIR-3 to 5 or below then you have to put rigorous practice to improve your OIR.
For this purpose we have 23 series and we have 20 days of duration, which is sufficient to practice everything required by competition.
2. SMALL PSYCHOLOGICAL DOSSIER: - (TAT)
It includes three TAT’s, among three TAT we project 3 kinds of scenes .In Ist One picture stress is directly shown, in IInd one picture stress is indicated and in IIIrd one stress in neutral.
RESULT-Its purpose to test the psychological level of a candidate, including his personality profiling that to see the level of his imagination, thought process, composition and ability to use the resources with the help of his intellectual imaginative imagination and his ability to look into the challenges, bail out the problem and draw the solution successfully.
3. WAT
In this, Only 10 words are given. These words includes four factors and 15 officers Like qualities (OLQs).
RESULT: - Its purpose to test the thought process, imaginative level, effective intelligence ability to grasp and responding quickly, adequately and correctly. His observation, evacuation and his ability to go beyond the word to associate the ideas.
The purpose is to check how you associate the ideas with particular word.
4. SRT (Situation reaction test)
Only 10 SRT’s are given to candidate. Again these SRT’s are from four factors and 15 Officers Like Qualities (OLQ’s).
RESULT: Its purpose to test to know and find your Problem Solving Behavior and the abilities. Seeing and matching your responses with your P.I.Q we come to know that how you attack to the problem and solve it. Whether solving the problem is convenient outcome of your personality or not.
5. General Awareness
A candidate should have an optimum knowledge of his surroundings, schooling, prominent places and personalities of his place from where he belongs, district, State, country and the most of the countries of the world with our relations, problems and remedies etc.
RESULT:- Its purpose to test the level of awareness about events and situations , incidents, and the
most important happenings with their cure and remedies.
6. SPEAKING LEVEL
A candidate is given 3 to 4 topics. He has to select one out of 3 to 4 topics. He is given sufficient time to think and speak about the introduction, body part and the conclusion. When we counsel the candidates we guide him to introduce the topic and in the body part. The candidate has to speak the pros-cons, merits and demerits, positive and negative along with examples and citation including the remedies. In the conclusion part candidate have to conclude the topic giving the remedies your opinion along with result oriented conclusion.
RESULT:- By this test the worth comes. His linguistic pattern, the composition and intermixing interrelating and inter exchanging the thought process his level of intelligence and intellect. His reasoning and his interpretation, his knowledge, power of expression and his management, adjustment and the judgment.
